Racetrack in turmoil once again
Kart racing and oval track racing
The Tony Rust Racetrack outside Windhoek will be the centre of racing enthusiasts' attention tomorrow morning for the second Saturday in a row.
The eighth round of the National Karting Championships and the fifth round of the National Dirt Oval Track Championships will start at 11:00 and 18:00 respectively.
Although the oval track races take place on the tarmac at Tony Rust, dirt oval track rules apply in the respective classes for the drivers with four cylinders, V8s and hot rods. The gates open for spectators at 10:00 and admission is N$50 per person. Children under 10 enter for free. Refreshments can be purchased at the clubhouse.
