#JustIn: Be aware of needs of disabled
FlyNamibia today held a press briefing to discuss the incident in which a physically disabled woman was denied boarding due to non-compliance with the airline's conditions of carriage.
"It became clear during discussions that there is a lack of understanding of the specific needs and requirements of disabled passengers, and more needs to be done to educate and sensitise all involved in the travel experience," said FlyNamibia's managing director, André Compion.
