NBL promotes zero-tolerance
NEWS IN SHORT
Namibia Breweries Limited (NBL) aims to make a positive impact in the community by advocating for zero tolerance for drinking alcohol and driving.
NBL has supported the Festive Season Road Safety Campaign for the past 18 years and is one of the largest value sponsors, totalling support to the value of N$200 000.
This investment goes towards providing branded reflective jackets to the police, refreshments for traffic police manning the roadblocks countrywide and supporting a radio road safety awareness campaign.
“We believe in a zero-tolerance approach when it comes to drinking alcohol and driving. Let’s reach our destinations safely," NBL’s Franklin Angermund said recently. "One of our core values is care and we care about our consumers and the Namibian community,” Angermund added.
