Solutions for dilapidated Independence Stadium

I've read your editorial on the stadium. There are very simple solutions to that. First, give the facility on a long-term lease to SKW across the road to run it as a second venue for their football, and tie them up contractually to develop youth football with their German connections. Alternatively, bring back the retired stadium manager, Abraham Soabeb, on contract under the Namibia Sport Commission to fix the mess. Any plan or scheme under the ministry of sport will unfortunately fail.
