Walvis to host kickboxing tourney
The Namibian Kickboxing Federation (NFK) has announced that it will host its annual national trials, qualifiers and title fights in Walvis Bay about two weeks from now.
The two-day event titled, Desert Storm II, will take place between 28 and 29 September at the Westport Warehouse.
The event will start at 14:00 with Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga, Series (kata) and Fitness Challenge events.
The main ring and title fights are slated for 29 September.
Kickboxing has been growing from strength to strength in Namibia and the organisers expect a large number of spectators.
The federation invites the public to come and witness the talent that will be on display.
