TOV to inaugurate poultry enterprise
The TOV HIV/AIDS Orphans and Vulnerable Children Organisation based in Tsumeb will inaugurate its poultry enterprise worth N$1.1 million on Thursday. TOV and its partners have been working behind the scenes to construct a poultry house that has the potential to house 2 000 chickens, the organisation said in a statement. The poultry enterprise has the capacity to produce more than 1 300 eggs, which are not enough to supply the community since there is a high demand by the residents of Tsumeb. The poultry project is an initiative to alleviate unemployment. TOV is registered with the ministry of health and social services as a welfare organisation and has been working in the Oshikoto region for the past 19 years. Photo Nampa
