Look, tjil usually leaves the gossip to other media publications, but this right here?

We had to get you the intel because of the magnitude of this story.

If you've been living under a rock, earlier this week, news broke that Sunny Boy, real name Panduleni Andreas Sunday Shipushu, and long-time partner Nelaolange Iyambo won't be saying their 'I Dos' any more.

This after information leaked that Sunny Boy had been unfaithful with multiple women.

Leaked screenshots

According to a reliable source, the Young, Wild and Free hitmaker cheated on his now ex-fiancée Iyambo, with tjil having seen evidence in the form of screenshots.

It is reported that Sunny Boy has since moved out of the apartment they shared with their two children, and is now temporarily living at a guest house in Windhoek. When contacted for comment, Sunny Boy confirmed the rumours, and that the wedding has indeed been called off.

Rumours are true

“Most of what has been said is actually true.

“I do not want to speak much on it as I intend to address it myself on an online concert I will have soon,” he said.

In partnership with Funky Lab, Sunny Boy is curating the Sunny Boy Online Concert, slated for Saturday, 16 May, at 20:00 on his Instagram and Facebook pages.

The concert will be hosted by popular radio personality Max-T, with Top Cheri, Manxebe and DJ Ambizzy billed as guest artists.

Publicity stunt?

Perhaps because of how the hikwa pioneer proposed, some people on social media have questioned whether this is a publicity stunt to gain views for the concert.

Sunny Boy went down on one knee at fellow artist King Tee Dee's massive concert in 2018.

'We move'

Meanwhile, Iyambo isn't entertaining rumours of publicity stunts.

“Still mourning my dad. I'll get to the less important sh*t later,” she tweeted on Tuesday.

She seemed to be in good spirits, responding to several well wishes from fans.

She however later took subtle shots at her ex, retweeting “shout out to all men who only have eyes for one girl… Y'all are the real kings” and “ladies, I hope you know it's never too late to leave a bad situation. You could be 10 years and three children in and you can still leave”.
