The DStv Premiership season is just 11 rounds of fixtures old but the impressive statistics so far point towards an exciting Golden Boot race in the 2020/21 season.
As it stands Bradley Grobler of SuperSport United is leading the goal tally with 12. Swallows' Ruzaigh Gamildien has nine goals, Mamelodi Sundowns' Themba Zwane and Mduduzi Mdantsane of Cape Town City have 8, Luvuyo Memela of AmaZulu and Sundowns' Peter Shalulile have six each.
Lower down the list, Thamsanqa Gabuza of SuperSport United, Cape Town City's Fagrie Lakay, Evidence Makgopa of Baroka and Golden Arrows Velemseni Ndwandwe are all on five goals.
Shalulile is the only Namibian in the chase, having won the man of the match award after scoring a brace and winning 2-1 against Black Leopards on Wednesday night. They will again face Chippa United on Sunday.
