Nedbank to host 2020 Design Indaba simulcast
Nedbank Namibia will host a live simulcast of the popular Design Indaba Conference 2020 from 26 to 28 February at the Franco-Namibian Cultural Centre (FNCC) in Windhoek.
The event will stage the creative optimism and activism people have come to expect from the flagship platform. The Design Indaba has become a respected event on the global creative landscape, with the stated intent of imagining a better world through creativity.
Not only will it give the Namibian creative industry access to an ensemble cast of acclaimed speakers spanning the disciplines of design and innovation through the simulcast, but the event will also showcase Namibian design through a curated exhibition inspired by homegrown design aesthetics. What sets the silver jubilee edition of Design Indaba apart is the stellar line-up of unique talks and presentations by renowned creatives and designers throughout the event.
This year's edition will feature the likes of Robert Wong, one of the most influential designers in the US, and Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, multiple award-winning Shanghai-based 'starchitects'. The full speaker line-up is available online at conference.designindaba.com.
