Namibia's middleweight boxer Lukas 'The Demolisher' Ndafoluma is polishing himself up before stepping in the ring next month.

The boxer hinted at a fight in March but the identity of his opponent will only be revealed once a contract has been signed.

Meanwhile, Ndafoluma will continue working hard, he said.

“I am back in the gym and pushing hard to get myself back to full fitness.

“I have a feeling that this is going to be a good year for me and I hope to win titles,” Ndafoluma said.

His last fight resulted in a victory against Charles Misanjo at the Windhoek Country Club last December.

He however lost to Adios Yerbossnuly of Kazakhstan in a World Boxing Association (WBA)super middleweight and World Boxing Council (WBC) Asian boxing council continental super-middleweight title fight last September.

One of his biggest disappointments last year was losing to Apti Ustarkhanov in an interim WBC Asian Boxing Council continental middle title bout in March.

The Demolisher has however put all his defeats behind him and is ready to redeem himself.

“All I am hoping for is to do better than I did last year because I had my ups and downs.

“I was overall happy with the amount of fights I secured and one can just hope for more during 2020,” he said.

Ndafoluma has a record of 17 wins (eight by knockout) and three losses in his professional career.
