Guardians Football Club retained its top spot in the Okahandja Football League after playing to a 1-1 draw against Dollar United on Saturday.
The league resumed over the weekend for the sixth round of play, with a total of eight games at the Nau-Aib Sports Stadium behind closed doors.
Smokel Boys recorded the highest margin after demolishing ORA Eleven by five goals to two, while Oshako FC defeated Legends by a 2-1 scoreline, with California also recording a 2-1 victory over Okakambe FC, who are yet to record a victory after six rounds of play.
On Sunday, league contenders Young Fresh tasted their first defeat at the hands of compatriots Okahandja FC by a 1-0 scoreline, leaving them level on points at 13, three adrift on Guardians in the top spot. Oshetu United and Battle Boys played to a goalless draw, with Northern United suffering its second consecutive loss after going down to Legends by 3-0, while Dollar United defeated Mirka 1-0.
