Ove – Chikune

From the moment you press play, you can appreciate the amount of experience singer Chikune has gained over the last few years as a musician because you can tell how that knowledge has influenced the sonic direction of her latest single ‘Ove’, released on Monday, 14 January. The growth is exciting and the sound is too. The song was produced and co-written by Keynote Maszanga and mastered by Dr Mavovo. The official performance video to this song, accompanied with lyrics, was shot and edited by Eric Mule Productions.

Sorry (All I Wanna Do) – Vikta Juiceboy and Tuko Luvaduro

Vikta Juiceboy is one of the artists who decided to spoil their audience with new music on Valentine’s Day. Teaming up with Tuko Luvaduro, ‘Sorry (All I Wanna Do)’ is more of a love letter to Vikta Juiceboy’s dad, pleading for forgiveness that he chose to do music as a career. What makes the track stand out is the message, which really gives listeners a clear insight into the artistic talent the two musicians carry. ‘Sorry’ embodies a sonic essence that is quite hard to find in Namibia these days. Check out the song on YouTube.

I Got A Feeling – DikBones

It’s comeback season for DikBones this love season as he recently debuted his new single titled ‘I Got A feeling’, which features rapper Clif10. Everything about this song is well executed - the beat is on pocket, the vocals are amazing and the raps are smooth. The song is available for streaming on Donlu Africa.
