The automotive industry is experiencing a paradigm shift with the rise of hybrid and electric vehicles (EVs). Prominent among these EVs is the Nissan Leaf, capable of achieving over 100MW on a single charge. It's contended that despite the global rise in electricity costs, including in Namibia, recharging an EV battery remains more economical than refuelling a gas tank. Another pro-EV point is that electricity rates are more stable compared with fluctuating petrol prices.

Hybrids combine the best of both worlds, utilizing both an internal combustion engine and an electric motor. This technology not only reduces emissions but also enhances fuel efficiency, making it a viable option for environmentally conscious drivers. EVs, on the other hand, rely solely on battery power, eliminating tailpipe emissions altogether.

The world is moving towards a future powered by clean and sustainable energy. Pupkewitz Motors, as a forward-thinking automotive group, is committed to aligning its operations with this global trend. By offering a wide range of hybrid and electric vehicles across its OEMs, including Toyota, Lexus, BMW, Haval, Honda and GWM, Pupkewitz Motors aims to provide customers with eco-friendly options that meet their mobility needs.’
