Pupkewitz Motors has launched and implemented an innovative new feature on their website, designed to take the hassle out of the age-old search for your next automobile, eliminating the need to visit countless dealerships and to walk about looking at every used vehicle under the sun.

Instead, by clicking on the CarFinder button, you can have technology narrow your search down to vehicles that match your desired specifications and get contacted by salespeople eager to help you realise your motorcar ownership dreams.

At the recent launch event, sales consultant Mike Nghituwamata said: “We know buying a car, any car, can be a hassle. From visiting every dealership in Windhoek, or wherever in the country that you are, to just searching online for a specific vehicle, that itself can be a hassle. Now we work for you,” he said.

Taking attendees through the steps at the event, Nghituwamata demonstrated the improved convenience that the Pupkewitz Motors website now affords prospective vehicle buyers.

Easy navigation

Among the menus at the top of the page, fourth from the right after the home, new cars and used cars buttons, you will see the CarFinder button. That is the one. Press on it.

The CarFinder page will open and immediately begin collecting all the necessary information. Fill in the vehicle details first, including the make, model, maximum age, maximum price, transmission type, maximum kilometres, preferred drivetrain, and preferred colour. The age, price and kilometres can be set easily with the use of convenient sliders, while the make, transmission type, drivetrain and colour choices feature drop-down menus.

Then provide your personal details, including your title, first name, last name, region and town or city of residence, how you would like to be contacted, and a relevant message.

A Pupkewitz Motors sales representative will receive the information immediately and will contact you within two days with everything you need to know to find the automobile you are looking for.

Enhancing experience

According to Pupkewitz Motors’ head of marketing, Charmaine Indongo, this "revolutionary tool" is designed specifically to enhance the customer experience.

“CarFinder aims to provide customers with a seamless way to discover their ideal vehicle, tailored precisely to their needs. Specifically focused on enhancing the used car browsing experience within each franchise, CarFinder features a user-friendly drop-down menu. This menu allows visitors to input detailed information about their dream used vehicle, including specific preferences and requirements, effortlessly,” Indongo explained.

“CarFinder represents our commitment to prioritise the customer experience at its core. Finding the perfect vehicle can be a daunting task, which is why we’ve developed CarFinder to streamline the process and make it truly enjoyable for our customers,” she said.

She said Pupkewitz Motors consistently strives to elevate the overall experience for their customers.

"Through a commitment to customer-centricity, we aim to create an environment where customers feel valued, empowered and excited about their journey towards finding the perfect vehicle. By fostering a culture of excellence in customer service and continuously refining its approach, Pupkewitz Motors aims to set new standards in the automotive industry, where every interaction is a memorable and gratifying experience for the customer,” Indongo said.
