AKA at The Loft: How it went down

MICHAEL KAYUNDE
Hundreds of music fans flocked to The Loft by Pharaohs on Friday to see multi-award winning South African musician AKA perform alongside a superb line-up of Namibian musicians.

Although AKA dominated, Namibian artists such as Yeezir, Skript, and DJ Castro also provided the crowd with great performances.

For the main performance, AKA got the crowd roaring the lyrics to his hit tracks such as ‘All Eyes on Me’, ‘Fella In Versace’, ‘The World Is Yours’, ‘Lemonade’ and more.

Overall, the rapper gave an electric performance filled with killer dance moves to rock the fans, who kept chanting his name throughout the show. The Loft by Pharaohs is quickly becoming one of the city's most popular nightclubs, if this year is any indication – and it will be the place to be in 2023, having taken on a life of its own.
