Warriors eye win against São Tomé and Príncipe
With determination and a renewed sense of purpose, the Brave Warriors of Namibia look to bounce back from their recent defeat against Equatorial Guinea in the Fifa World Cup qualifier match today to face São Tomé.
The Group H match will kick off at 18:00 in Agadier, Morocco.
The Warriors lost their qualifier match 1-0 against Equatorial Guinea in a closely contested match at Estade Malambo last week and are optimistic that they will turn around on their results this time around.
Here is Namibia’s squad: Goalkeepers Loydt Kazapua, Kamaijanda Ndisiro and Jonas Mateus.
The defensive line has Ryan Nyambe, Ivan Kamberipa, Kennedy Amutenya, Charles Hambira, Ananias Gebhardt, Denzil Haoseb, Riaan Hanamub and Aprocious Petrus.
The midfield is controlled by Deon Hotto, Marcell Papama, Romeo Kasume, Ngero Katua, Edmar Kamatuka, Absalom Iimbondi, Simon Elago, Prins Tjieza, Petrus Shitembi, and Uetuuru Kambato.
The attacking front is spearheaded by Junior Petrus, Betuel Muzeu and Elmo Kambindu.
