Omukwaniilwa of Uukolonghadhi Traditional Authority Daniel Shooya, passed away at the age of 97 at his palace in Oshika village in Onesi Constituency. Shooya leaves behind his wife and 10 children.
Shooya's health had recently declined, leading to hospitalisation at Ongwediva Medipark hospital. He was later discharged. As the community prepares for his funeral, tributes are pouring in, highlighting his legacy of leadership.
