Rundu, Ruacana renew cooperation pact

The Rundu and Ruacana town councils on Wednesday renewed their cooperation agreement for the next five years.
The agreement aims to address development issues such as local economic development, environment management, human resource management, infrastructure planning and development, finance and public health.
Rundu mayor Gabriel Kanyanga highlighted that the partnership signifies a commitment to working together for the betterment of their communities, fostering mutual growth and enhancing the quality of life for all residents.
Ruacana mayor Linda Mbwale added that the agreement serves as a platform for both towns to interact freely to exchange ideas, create joint programmes and assist each other in day-to-day operations.
