Menzies drama continues
Menzies' lawsuit against the Namibia Airports Company (NAC) continues after the former brought an urgent application against the latter in the high court. Paragon Investment Holdings, which currently handles ground handling services at Hosea Kutako International Airport as well as Ethiopian Airlines, the Minister of Safety and Security, the Namibian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), the Deputy Sheriff of Windhoek and the Inspector General of the Namibian Police are also included in the application. This comes after Judge Shafimana Ueitele ruled in the high court last week, that the NAC must give Menzies at least 30 days' notice if they plan to suspend Menzies from service.
