JUST IN: Fishrot trial resumes next week

Despite the fact that some of the Fishrot defendants - who are still without legal representatives - requested that the trial be postponed to next year, Judge Moses Chinhengo this morning ordered that it will resume on 2 September.

The accused will continue to plead on the charges against them in the Windhoek High Court in Windhoek on 2 September. Proceedings will last until 6 September and again from 10 to 13 September.
