The extradition hearing of Marén de Klerk will resume on Wednesday in the Paarl Magistrate's Court, the South African National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has confirmed.
De Klerk was earlier this year granted bail with strict conditions by Senior Magistrate Morajee Naik. He is wanted in Namibia in connection with the notorious Fishrot saga, where his trial was meant to begin today, 2 October.
However, the matter was recently postponed indefinitely for various reasons.
