The Roads Authority (RA) on Monday announced that it will open a NaTIS centre at the Metro Hyper (Kleine Kuppe) in Windhoek.



The following services will be provided at this centre: Vehicle licence renewal, deregistration of vehicles, notice of sale, change of details, vehicle registration (used local cars only) and all NaTIS-related enquiries.



The centre will be open on weekdays from 09:00 to 14:00 and again from 15:00 to 18:00. On Saturdays it will be open from 09:00 to 15:00.



According to a statement by the RA, no discussions or tests for learner's licences will take place at the new centre.



Furthermore, RA said, clients should note that no cash payments will be accepted; payments can only be made by debit and/or credit card.
