Jonathan Matau has worked as a chef at N/a’an ku sê since 2017. He chose to become a chef in order to work in the hospitality industry.
Matau studied food and nutrition at Khomasdal's Hearing Impaired School.
As a chef, he spends most of his time preparing meals in the kitchen, and he enjoys baking as well. His professional duties revolve entirely around culinary expertise.
"Cooking is my responsibility; I must ensure that the clients get their desired meals on time," he said.
His favourite part of the job is preparing delicious meals for guests.
