GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN

GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN: The B9 road from Windhoek to the Hosea Kutako International Airport was renamed on Saturday in honour of late president Hage Geingob, who passed away in February. Still under construction to become a dual carriageway, the road will now be known as the Dr Hage Geingob Freeway. Presiding over the renaming, President Nangolo Mbumba described Geingob as a distinguished servant of the Namibian people who paved the road towards prosperity. PHOTO: Namibian Presidency
