#JustIn: Namibia to host research conference

The president of the Southern African Association for Research in Mathematics, Science and Technology Education (SAARMSTE), Kenneth Ngcoza, has announced that Namibia will host the 2024 SAARMSTE Conference.

The conference is hosted by the International University of Management (IUM), in collaboration with the Namibia University of Science and Technology, (Nust), the University of Namibia (Unam), the ministry of basic education, arts and culture (MoEAC), as well as the ministry of higher education technology and innovation.

It will take place from 16 to 18 January 2024.

With the theme, “Rethinking Relevant Research in Mathematics, Science and Technology Education for the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR)”, the conference aims to create a learning environment where scholars can exchange ideas. Video Wetumwene Shikage
