#JustIn: Momentum celebrates women's success

Wetumwene Shikage
Acknowledging that throughout history, women have navigated a plethora of barriers, Momentum has launched a campaign celebrate them and their success.

Momentum says entrenched cultural norms and outmoded workplace paradigms have been identified to occasionally eclipse women’s victories, leading many to downplay their notable successes.

Womentum is a campaign striving to champion women, spotlighting their multifaceted triumphs in the financial, personal, and professional arenas - a message that remains critical amidst a persistent global gender pay gap of 10% to 20%.

The group executive for marketing at Momentum Metropolitan Namibia, Denille Roostee (photo), says Womentum extends beyond fleeting trends or hashtags. “It encapsulates our earnest call for women to unreservedly celebrate their achievements, irrespective of their magnitude or intricacy."
