JUST IN: Celebrate the capital city's cultural diversity

The City of Windhoek is hosting the /Ae// Gams Windhoek Arts and Culture Festival this Friday and Saturday, 28 and 29 April, which can be attended for free! Experience cultural diversity through a celebration of the many faces of Windhoek. The festival will bring together various cultures in the city, including traditional cuisine, dances and games. Local artists such as Big Ben, Sunny Boy and many more will provide the music, while there will be plenty of theatre and drama, comedy, pottery, sculpture, art classes, a potjiekos and vetkoek competition, and fun activities for the youth. The festival will take place at the City building's upper parking area.
