Ondangwa businessman shot by robbers

Police in the Oshana Region are on a manhunt for three armed suspects who yesterday morning allegedly shot a businessman in Ondangwa. The incident took place at around 11:00 after the three suspects followed the victim from a bank where he withdrew N$40 000. The suspects attempted to take the money from the victim, who fought back and was shot in the stomach in the process. The suspects fled the scene in a blue Honda Fit with Oshakati number plates. The victim was rushed to the Onandjokwe State Hospital.
