Father kicks baby to death

An 11-month-old baby girl died on Sunday after being kicked by her biological father in Okatope kaKanime village in the Ohangwena Region. It is alleged that the baby's mother was carrying her on her back when the suspect started attacking the woman - his girlfriend - with his fists.

The woman fell to the ground, and the man started kicking her. In the process, he also kicked the baby, resulting in her death.

When the woman got home, she noticed that the baby was no longer breathing. The suspect has been arrested and is being charged with murder and assault.
