Ambulance kills pedestrian at Shankara village
JUST IN: The Kavango East police is investigating a case of culpable homicide after a 47-year-old man died when he was bumped by an ambulance at Shankara village on Tuesday. According to the police report, the incident happened at around 19:30. The ambulance that belongs to the Andara hospital was travelling west to east. The deceased, identified as Joseph Mahupe, was allegedly crossing the road when he was hit by the vehicle and died on the spot. No arrest has been made and police investigations continues.
