JUST IN: N$2-billion loan from KfW
The country director of the German Development Bank (KfW), Beatrice Lucke, today signed a funding agreement with finance minister Iipumbu Shiimi for infrastructure worth N$2 billion. The funds will be used to rehabilitate the Usakos-Karibib road, the refurbishment of the Gammams Water Care Facility and to address leakages experienced from water infrastructure. The loan tenure is 15 years and comes with a five-year grace period. Video Ogone Thlage
