TECHNOCRATS: Information and technology minister Emma Theofelus this week opened the 8th edition of the National ICT Summit, themed "Building Resilience to ‘Adapt or Die’ in the Era of Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence” in Windhoek. Among other things, Theofelus remarked that technology must empower young people to earn an income and help people living with disabilities to better integrate into society.
