JUST IN: Four days till Katutura Fashion Week
The fifth edition of Katutura Fashion Week is set to take place at the Franco-Namibian Cultural Centre (FNCC) in Windhoek on 24 and 25 November.
The fashion extravaganza promises a vibrant celebration of Namibia's cultural heritage, to be celebrated under the theme ‘Taking pride in our cultural heritage and diversity’, setting the tone for a spectacular showcase.
The designer line-up boasts an eclectic mix of talents, and will be headlined by Olympic silver medalist Christine Mboma's Mboma Street Wear. Joining the fray are esteemed designers such as Nam Fashion Clothing, Crochets By Anna, Hooked by Irene, and the innovative creations of the College of the Arts (COTA) interns.
Excitement mounts for the glamorous red-carpet event, taking place from 17:00 to 18:00, followed by captivating runway shows starting at 19:00 until midnight on both days.
Tickets are available via Webtickets: N$50 for children under 12, N$100 for students, N$150 for general access, and a premium front-row experience for N$250.
