Ipito ponders ‘The Ambivalent Continent’
“If the system is not helping the masses of our people, it should be repaired accordingly,” writes Dr Timoteus Kapena Ipito in ‘The Ambivalent Continent’, a non-fiction book “about African citizens with contradictory feelings towards the development process of the continent”.

Born in Oshitayi village and raised in Onampadhi oniipa village, Ipito describes himself as a “village champion with a zeal for national transformation and a love for humanity”.
A medical doctor by day and a novelist by night, he received a bachelor of medicine and surgery degree from Vinnytsia National Pirogov Medical University in Ukraine, a postgraduate diploma in management from Stellenbosch University and a diploma in nursing from the University of Namibia.
The author “believes in empowering others, especially the poor and weak, and aspires to be an inspiration for generations to come”.
