Car crash leaves three dead, four hospitalised

A head-on collision in Nambi village in the Kavango West Region left three dead and four hospitalised early on Friday morning.
The deceased were identified as Elion Kambinda Elion, the driver of a Chevrolet; Roberth Nekongo, the driver of a Toyota bakkie, and Pius Sindombe, a passenger in the Toyota. Their next of kin have been informed. According to Chief Inspector Raimbert Muronga of the Kavango West police, the driver of the Toyota was unlicenced.
Four passengers survived the crash and were rushed to Nankudu Hospital for treatment. Police investigations continue.
