Capricorn Group is excited to announce that Victoria Möller has been appointed the manager of group communication and stakeholder engagement, effective 1 October. Victoria joins the group brand and corporate affairs department to enhance Capricorn Group's strategic stakeholder engagement and relationships and corporate communication.

With 24 years of experience in communication and stakeholder engagement in various industries, Victoria is set to contribute significantly to Capricorn Group's overall brand and reputation. Her extensive business, marketing and public relations background, combined with her achievement of becoming a chartered public relations practitioner in 2022, highlights her capability in managing complex public relations efforts and offering strategic advice.

Capricorn Group is confident in Victoria's ability to strengthen relations with important stakeholders and improve internal and external communications. In this strategic role, Victoria will lead the creation and execution of stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, drive impactful campaigns, promote a collaborative culture and lead initiatives to boost employee engagement.
