Keen to gain more skills and experience
To be successful, you should be open-minded, willing to learn every day and always give your all, the office automation service engineer said.

Immo Marc Dieterle recently stepped into his position as an office automation service engineer at Green Enterprise Solutions' office automation department.

He started this new position in the beginning September after his previous position at Solutions Worx.

After matriculating, Dieterle obtained certificates in hardware and software as well as networking. He later spent two years in the medical industry in the technical and sales department.

Dieterle said his job description is mainly centred around customer satisfaction.

“My job requires me to provide the best customer service in the office automation industry by applying my knowledge in products and doing repairs to the best of my ability to keep the clients satisfied," he said.

He added that he hopes to be able to help Green Enterprise Solutions grow and be the best customer service provider in the country.

Asked what Dieterle looks forward to the most in his new position, he said he hopes to gain more skills and experience.

“I look forward to growing and upskilling myself. Learning daily and becoming a better version of myself."

According to the office automation service engineer, in order to build a successful career in the field, you should be an open-minded person, be willing to learn on a daily basis, always give 100% when it comes to your clients and always remember that building a good client relationship can go a long way.

He left the youth with the following advice: “Possess the correct mindset and never stop believing in yourself. Remember, practice makes perfect.”
