Woman arrested for possession of cannibis

A woman was arrested on Thursday after she was allegedly found in possession of cannabis at Nkurenkuru.

Chief Inspector Raimbert Muronga, the police chief in the Kavango West Region, confirmed the arrest, which took place at around 07:00. According to him, the suspect was found with five 'baggies' of skunk cannabis during a police raid, totalling 19.05 grams - with an estimated value of N$952. Police investigations continue.
